Tensorworks provides a platform to generate code for users. You are responsible for the way you use the code generated through our Service.

- Engaging in illegal activity
- Violating or facilitating the violation of U.S. export laws
- Committing fraud
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall Codespire LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
